The Pine Inn seeks to lower the technical barriers to accessibility on our website, mobile applications and other digital platforms (collectively, “Digital Platforms”) for persons with disabilities. We understand that individuals with varying disabilities may seek information on our Digital Platforms, and it is our goal to provide such individuals access to the content, features and functionality available through our website.

 With the above in mind, we have taken a number of steps to make our Digital Platforms accessible. In addition, we will continue to implement commercially reasonable changes to improve accessibility to the content, features and functionality of our Digital Platforms.

DI​GITAL PARTNER COMMITMENT

The Pine Inn sources TravelClick's iHotelier booking engine for digital room reservation transactions. We are proud to partner with TravelClick as they have also committed to digital accessibility and have taken steps to be compliant with the current standards. As of November 2017, iHotelier Booking Engine 4.0 and Area Search can be accessed and used by "JAWS", the most popular screen reader used by those who are visually impaired.

We are committed to providing an outstanding experience for all our guests, including those who may require accessible accommodations.    

​We are proud to offer an ADA-accessible room in the courtyard with two queen beds subject to availability.    

Although you may book an ADA-accessible room online through our website and TravelClick booking engine, we recommend calling us at 800-228-3851 so we can ensure you have a room that is well suited to your needs and preferences. 

​Our ADA accessible guest room is available on request.  We offer our room with the following features, among others:

  1. Two queen beds allowing enough space for the use of a standard portable hoist or hoyer lift, if brought by the guest;
  2. ADA-complaint bathroom with grab bars behind and to the side of the toilet;
  3. Roll-in shower;
  4. Accessible bathroom sinks with leg and toe clearance;
  5. ADA-compliant door widths (at least 32”) and clearances throughout;
  6. Lighting to notify hearing-impaired guests of the phone, doorbell, and alarms; 
  7. Closed captioning on televisions;
  8. Audible alarms; 
  9. Braille signage for sight-impaired guests; and
  10. Service support animals welcome, to the extent compliant with relevant laws.


Our property has the following accessibility features, among others:

  1. ADA-compliant parking;
  2. ADA-compliant ramps to enter and exit the premises;
  3. Accessible routes through the publicly-accessible areas of the hotel from parking area and public entrance to all public facilities and guest rooms;
  4. Low profile desk in lobby for check-in/out;
  5. Low profile seating in restaurant;
  6. ADA-compliant restrooms in the public spaces, including grab bars, knee and toe clearance, clear floor space at fixtures, etc.;;
  7. Accessible meeting and conference room;
  8. Audible emergency alarms;
  9. Braille signage for sight-impaired guests; 
  10. Lighting to notify hearing-impaired guests of alarms in public spaces; and
  11. Service support animals welcome, to the extent complaint with relevant laws.
